Information Technology & Logistics: Electronic Data Interchange‐Personal Computers‐Artificial
Intelligence‐Expert System‐ Bar coding &scanning. Electronic Data Interchange standards of
Communication, Information, Future directions.

Unit III

Information Technology for supply chain management: Bull whip effect‐IT in supply chain‐Business. Process Reengineering‐ERP and EDI problem; Impact of Internet on SCM.
