Polymerases: DNA Pol I, Klenow Fragments, Reverse Transcriptase, Taq & Pfu Polymerases
Ligases: T4 DNA Ligase, E.coli DNA Ligase, T4 RNA Ligase
Topoisomerases: Type I(A, B) & Type II(A,B)
