Zimbra mail account has been replaced by Outlook account as the official email platform. Successfully migrated all the old emails and data into the new system.
The files and data can be accessed from anywhere at any time by the users, using their individual login. Files can be shared, and collaborative tools make it easy to share files and information.
Multiple sign-on using various ids has been disabled and instead there is a single sign-on method enabled which gives access to Email, File access and other important services, except for AUMS.
The domain password can be changed by the user itself, without any involvement of ICTS in the same.
New one-stop portal introduced to provide a common platform for all campus-related applications and portals. Student and Research resources, as well as digital repositories, included. This is accessible by students and faculty.
