Chemical and Biological Food Toxins using Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS)

This project deals with the development of a non-destructive technology for the detection of biological and chemical food toxins including bacteria, virus, small molecules toxins, and genetically modified foods using nanotechnology enabled Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS).
