Bio

Dr. Sujith K. S. obtained his M. Sc. in Physical Chemistry from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam and was awarded Ph. D. by the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. He has also qualified UGC-NET and GATE examinations in Chemical Sciences.

Dr. Sujith’s research interests involves the application of computational and theoretical techniques to study and understand chemical and physical phenomena at a molecular level. He has studied in detail, phase transitions in complex liquids at extreme thermodynamic conditions and has published his findings in highly reputed international journals.

His present research is focused on gaining insight into the properties of complex liquids and interfaces and the effect of additives on processes related to gas storage and sequestration through formation of gas hydrates, which is important for addressing the problem of global warming. He has 5.11 years of teaching experience and 6.7 years of research experience.
