Anju Kamal currently serves as Assistant Professor at the School of Business, Amritapuri. Anju holds a B. Tech. degree in Electronics from CUSAT, an MBA from Amrita School of Business, Coimbatore and is pursuing her Ph. D. at Amrita School of Business (ASB), Coimbatore. In her constant quest to understand herself and others around her better, her area of study is in the field Human Resources Management. Prior to her joining academics, Anju had 9 years of experience in IT Industry with Multinational firms as a Human Resource professional and her areas of expertise include Training and Development, Performance Management, Corporate Communication, Oracle HRMS, HR Audits and Employee engagement initiatives. She currently handles courses in Individual & Group Behaviour Dynamics in Organizations, Organizational Theory, Structure, Design, & Dynamics, Talent Acquisition & Learning and Development, Performance Management and Compensation, Organizational Change and Development
