Vandana Madhavan Pillai serves as Assistant Professor in the HR area since 2013. She was awarded her PGDM (HRM and Marketing) from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham and her BA (Communication) from Mahatma Gandhi University. Vandana is currently pursuing Ph.D. with Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. Her primary research is in the areas of organizational training, learning and development focusing on individual and organizational learning goals.

Her industry experience has been in the IT sector with IBS Software Services, Thiruvananthapuram and NatureSoft, Chennai in L&D and HR Generalist roles. She was associated with ASB, Kochi as Visiting Faculty (OB and HRM) from 2009 to 2013.
