Bio

Mekaladevi received the B. E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Periyar University, in 2003 and the M. Tech. Degree in Remote Sensing and wireless Sensor Networks, from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham in 2013. She is currently pursuing the Ph. D. degree in Electronics and Communication at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore.

From 2004 to 2013, she was a Lecturer and currently serves as Assistant Professor (Sr. G) with the Department of ECE, Amrita School of Engineering, Coimbatore Campus. She is an Associate member of IETE. Her research interest includes the development of a miniaturized Antenna using Evolutionary Algorithm.

She bagged certificate of excellence in academic performance for the consecutive years 2001, 2002 during her BE degree.
