• Assisting in the college administration in planning, implementing and evaluating the institutional objectives and activities
• Plan various departmental activities and ensures the implementation of the same in discussion with other faculty members of the department

Academic

• Systematically plan and conduct the Undergraduate and Post graduate programmes specific batches
• Evaluate the progress of the programme periodically in consultation with the faculty involved and take corrective steps as needed
• Conducts teaching session for both undergraduate and post graduate programmes
• Guide Post graduate theses and projects
• Clinical supervision of Undergraduate and Post graduate students
• Revision and modification of the curricula of the Undergraduate and Post graduate programmes
• Collaborate with departments within the institution and external sources as needed for the implementation of teaching learning and evaluation process
• Involved in the revision and reformation of evaluation system

• Member in the Curriculum committee – involved in the preparation of the curriculum of the Post Basic B Sc Nursing and modification of the B Sc and M Sc Nursing programmes
• Member in Research Committee of the College – scrutinizes the research proposal and approve the research problems.
