Sushma pursued M. A. HINDI from Osmania University and B. Ed. Hindi & English from Dakshina Bharatha Hindi Prachara Sabha.
She has a teaching experience of 4 years in Atomic Energy Central School and in different Kendriya Vidhyalayas all over the country. Her areas of interest are literature and dance.
She teaches Hindi Language for Media at ASCOM.
