Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the entire campus is clean in all areas


• Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.


• Check rooms and common spaces, including stairways, bathrooms and lounge areas, Kitchen, Canteen, Hostel etc for cleanliness on a regular basis.


• Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence


• Distribute and collect the operational equipment and supplies and other necessary tool to housekeeping staff at the beginning and end of each shift


• Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.


• Providing training to the housekeeping staff.


• Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves


• Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and report to purchase team for ordering stock as needed. • Ensure Horticulture and Garden Areas are properly maintained.


• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas


• Ensure adequate Manpower is available during Events


• Implement, Oversee and promote recycling initiatives to ensure compliance with environmental policies and reduce waste.


• Coordinate with facilities and vendors to maintain efficient recycling activities.
