Qualification

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field. Deep understanding of instructional models like ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and Kirkpatrick’s Evaluation Model.
- Proven expertise with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and LMS integration standards like SCORM or xAPI.
- Experience designing content for diverse learning contexts (K-12, vocational, or corporate).
- Must demonstrate ability to lead instructional design teams, manage deadlines, collaborate with SMEs and developers, and deliver engaging, simulation-based eLearning.
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, and content editing skills required. Familiarity with Unity or multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

- The Instructional Design Lead will be responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing the creation of high-impact eLearning content tailored to enhance learner engagement, understanding, and retention.
- This role demands a strong foundation in instructional design theory, curriculum development, digital pedagogy, and project leadership.
- The ideal candidate will lead the design of immersive, simulation-based, and game-based learning modules by working closely with subject matter experts, multimedia teams, and developers.
