On 2nd December, 2021, a dissemination workshop was conducted for two multicentric studies that were headed by Department of Community Medicine, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences.This was carried out under the aegis of WHO Unity Project in coordination with other institutes of the State and India, in relation to “Risk of transmission of COVID-19 by a confirmed index case among contacts living in the same households-A study in India” under the guidance of Dr Aswathy S. and “Risk factors for SARS CoV2 infection among health care workers in India: A case-control study” under the guidance of Dr. Leyanna Susan George.
