Abstract : This paper deals with the fault-tolerant control problem for T-S fuzzy systems based on the particle swarm optimization (PSO) method. To cope the stability and fault-tolerants simultaneously, a novel fault-tolerant control algorithm is developed. The required conditions of the addressed system are developed with the aid of Lyapunov stability theory. Precisely, the particle swarm optimization algorithm is implemented to optimize the fuzzy controller. Finally, simulation results are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the obtained results.
