Amrita School of Pharmacy was honored with a Certificate of Appreciation by the Indian Pharmaceutical Association as well as its Kerala State Branch for the outstanding contributions to the advancement of the pharmacy profession. The award recognized the institution’s commitment to the mission of the Indian Pharmaceutical Association and its exceptional support in establishing a dynamic IPA Students Forum. Dr. Sabitha M., Principal of Amrita School of Pharmacy, received the certificate from Justice Shri. N. Nagaresh, Judge of the High Court of Kerala, during the Pharma Conclave & Award Ceremony held on 18th January 2025, at the Chemists College of Pharmaceutical Science & Research in Ernakulam.
Additionally, two students from Amrita School of Pharmacy, Ms. Lekshmi Sree Chandra and Ms. Swathi Lakshmi M. of the M.Pharm 2024 batch, won the third and fifth prizes, respectively, in the Orientation to Pharma Industry Training Program 2024. Faculty members from Amrita School of Pharmacy, including Dr. Sabitha M. (Principal), Dr. M.S. Sudheesh (HOD and Associate Professor, Department of Pharmaceutics), Dr. Vidya Viswanad (Associate Professor, Department of Pharmaceutics), Dr. Sreeja C. Nair (Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmaceutics), and Dr. Lakshmi P.K. (Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmacognosy), were also recognized with certificates for their valuable contributions in moderating webinar sessions during the Orientation to Pharma Industry Training Program.
