Bio

Dr. Aditya Tiwari is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of ECE at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Bengaluru Campus. He earned his Ph.D. from BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad Campus, where he conducted research at the Computational Nanomaterials & Nanodevices Research Laboratory (CNNRL). Dr. Tivari was awarded the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in 2020 and Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) in 2023. He qualified for the UGC-NET exam in 2019. His academic achievements include receiving the “Best Paper Award” at an IEEE Conference and securing 2nd Rank in his M.Tech program. He also holds the distinction of “Trusted Reviewer” status from IOP Publishing, Bristol, U.K.

His primary research interests lie in Computational Material Sciences, focusing on 2D materials for gas and dye sensing applications. Additionally, his work explores the synthesis and characterization of 2D materials for a variety of electronic and sensing applications, contributing to advancements in material design and sensor technologies.
