Various types of mergers – the process of mergers and acquisitions – negotiation definingthepurchaseprice-calculatingtheexchangeratio-structuringthedealduediligencetobedone-participantsintheprocessofmergersandacquisition.
Varioustheoriesofmergersandacquisition-efficiencytheories-informationandsignalling-marketpower-taxconsiderations-freecashflowhypothesis-agencyproblems and managerialism – value increase by redistribution.Problems on calculatingpurchaseprice,exchangeratioandrelatedmatters.
