Multidisciplinary study yields more valid and effective results for complex situations. Furthermore, promoting collaboration between disciplines will widen and deepen the nurses’ problem-solving approaches. Collaborating with professionals from different fields can break down disciplinary barriers and integrate interventions to tackle healthcare challenges as well.
