Bio

Dr. Bhaskar Nandi is a leading Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist at Amrita Hospital, Faridabad. He is an astute clinician with special interest in liver diseases and liver transplantation. His expertise lies in the management of liver failure, fatty liver disease, alcoholic liver disease, liver cancer, chronic hepatitis B and C, and liver transplantation. He has also extensively worked in IBD (ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease). He has served the Armed Forces with distinction for over thirty years before joining Amrita Hospital. He was Head of Gastroenterology at Army Hospital (Research & Referral), Delhi and a member of the Liver Transplantation team. He has led the organ donation program in the Armed Forces. He is a teacher and examiner in Medicine and Gastroenterology.
