Bio

I am currently working as an Assistant Professor at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Bengaluru, in the School of Artificial Intelligence since May 2024. Previously, I held positions as an Assistant Professor at Chandigarh University, Government Engineering College Raipur, and OP Jindal University Raigarh.

My research interests include Transmission Line Protection, Microgrid Protection, the impact of electric vehicles on smart and microgrids, and the application of AI-ML in Electrical Engineering. In 2019, I received a collaborative research grant from AICTE-MoE for developing a novel protection scheme for TCSC-compensated transmission lines.
I hold a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Raipur, an M.Tech in Power System Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, and a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Bhilai Institute of Technology, Durg, Chhattisgarh.
