Job Description	Overseeing the daily operations of the security department Monitoring and Following the entry and exit rules of the university Entry Rules - Security Check and Identification Safety Measures - Vehicle management Ensuring the organization’s compliance with security laws and regulations Identifying potential security threats and developing strategies to mitigate risks Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols Excellent problem-solving skills Being in charge of all emergency matters, including preparing the Institution and assisting with different needs in times of emergency. Enforcing disciplinary, smoking and ethical procedures. Investigating and detecting offenses. Enforcing traffic and parking regulations around the Institution. Representing the university at official events. Writing, executing and implementing safety and emergency procedures. Securing all events and any events that take place in the premises. Securing all students and employees in all Institution sites and abroad while on duty. Tracking of CCTV footage - Campus monitoring by patrolling vehicles for 24/7. Students entry & exit pass Supervision of junior security guards Responsible for overall security management as per the university norms The candidate must have strong team handling, quality supervision and Facility Management Skills. Prefers multi-linguistic proficiency. The CSO should holds Good verbal and written communication skill with compulsory Basic Computer Literacy.
Age Criteria	35 - 50 Years Old
Work Nature	Resident Preferences would be given for Retired / VRS candidates from CRPF, NSG,CAPF, Commando Level and Ex-service Men categories.
