Bio

Dr. Nittu Devassy is a dedicated professional with a passion for rehabilitating patients in need. With expertise in managing complex rehabilitation challenges and acute rehabilitation cases, she is adept at providing comprehensive care to patients.

Currently engaged in research focusing on Spinal Cord Injury, Hemophilia, and Amputee rehabilitation, Dr. Nittu Devassy also specializes in Scoliosis management and rehabilitation. She leads the pain management clinic, offering advanced treatments such as Platelet Rich Plasma, Prolotherapy, Trigger Point Injections, and Intra-articular Injections.

She currently works as an Associate Professor at the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, School of Medicine, Kochi.

  • Certification from the Indian Association of Palliative Care.
  • Started the Yttrium Synovectomy for the first time in Kerala for Hemophilic synovitis in April 26th, 2021
