Job Description	Understand and imbibe the culture and goals of the eclectic youth empowerment team. Actively promote the OYE programs by contacting and liaising with heads of schools, colleges, and other institutions. Travel and execute multiple workshops, initiatives, events, sessions, projects, etc. in the areas of leadership and youth empowerment. Network and build long term, strong partnerships with program managers/coordinators in the various institutions for the OYE programs. Motivate, inspire, and work in team spirit with coordinators to accomplish OYE goals. Encourage and assist team building of volunteers. Monitor and submit reports of the various activities & its implementation. Follow the processes and schedules of the office.
