Abstract : Polyvinyl chloride (PVA)-Polyaniline (PANI) nanocomposite films with different weight percentages of TiO2 (1%, 2%, 4%) were prepared. The morphology of the PANI fibers and the prepared films are characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy, and the absorption spectra of the films are observed by a Hitachi UV spectrophotometer. The variation of electrical conductivity with frequency was measured using a 1 M 3570 impedance analyser showing that the conductivity of the film depends on TiO2 nanoparticles at room temperature studied.
