Abstract : The Smart Healthcare System developed based on edge computing is used in diagnosing the patient's disease when the doctor is far away from the patient. It facilitates remote monitoring treatment and stores the data in the edge server for quick retrieval. The sensors are used to determine patients condition and is aggregated by Internet of Things devices. The Liquid Crystal Display monitor displays the accurate results of patients. The details of patient and doctor registered are stored in edge server as well as in Strucured Query Language server. The Advanced Encryption Standard and Rivest - Shamir - Adlemen security mechanism is used for storing the data with security and privacy. The patient encrypts the data such as heart beat rate, blood pressure level, respiratory level, Electromyography level and sends to the doctor. The data's are stored in edge server. The doctor decrypt the data of patients and send the report to the patient for treatment. The data of patient's stored in edge server using Advanced Encryption Standard mechanism can be retrieved easily than Rivest - Shamir - Adlemen mechanism. Hight Encryption uses whitening Key Generation and sub key Generation for initial and final transformation.
