Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri, proudly announces the commencement of IDC Robocon 2024, a prestigious international robotics competition organized by the HuT Lab. This esteemed event, taking place from August 5 to 17, 2024, sees participation from students representing eight countries: India, Japan, China, USA, Thailand, Egypt, Singapore, and South Korea.

The inauguration ceremony on August 5 marked the beginning of this highly anticipated competition, featuring the formation of teams and the presentation of the problem statement and rules. Over the subsequent two weeks, participants will have to design and construct their robots using the provided materials, applying their creativity and engineering prowess to address the challenges posed.

The event will culminate on August 17 with the grand final, where all participating teams will compete, demonstrating their robotic innovations. The competition will conclude with an awards ceremony to recognize the best talents of the competition.
