Abstract : Revolutionary changes are brought in all aspects of life, which made life easier through smart solutions. Smart solutions have been adopted by industries in making their processes more robust and efficient. The improvements in the sector entail more technical challenges for the industry. One of the major technical issues that need to be addressed in the industry is security and privacy. In this paper considering the constrained environment, we try to review the blockchain solutions that can be integrated within an industrial environment, as a defence against security challenges that ensures privacy, availability, and confidentiality.
