Scientific papers are accepted from UG/PG/PhD/research scholars and working professionals in the field/area of speech and hearing. The
abstracts of scientific papers may be submitted under Speech Language Pathology or Audiology category.

Guidelines for submission of Abstract
- Maximum 2000 words in word format.
- Title
- Author(s) name and Affiliation
- Introduction
- Need for the study
- Aims and Objectives
- Methodology
- Results and Discussion
- Summary and Conclusion
- References (APA format)
- All structured abstracts are to be submitted on or before 15.07.2024 to the e-mail: aimsepikcon@ahs.aims.amrita.edu.
- All abstracts submitted by the due date will be first scrutinized for adherence to the format guidelines. Only those ones that meet the guidelines will be considered for the next process of peer review.
- The abstract and paper should involve clinical/research work carried out by the authors themselves. No review of literature or compiling of work done by others will be accepted.
- Please check your abstract for similarity with previously published works (i.e., plagiarism). Only those papers having ≤25% of similarity will be considered for review and possible acceptance. Kindly attach the plagiarism report when sending the paper.
- Abstracts would be considered for oral presentation or e-poster categories based on the peer review results.
- Please make a note to include corresponding author phone number and mail-id when sending abstract. While sending mail kindly Mention-Category (Speech, Language or Audiology) along with title on the subject column. Corresponding author will be the presenting author.
- The corresponding author will be intimated by e-mail about the selection of the abstract within 8-10 days (after the last date of submission).
