On February 03, 2024, seven Pharm.D students from Amrita School of Pharmacy participated in the Transforgen-Leadership Development Training Program held at Nirmala College of Pharmacy, Muvattupuzha. The training program was jointly organized by Nirmala College of Pharmacy and the Indian Pharmaceutical Association – Student’s Forum Kerala Chapter.

With a focus on nurturing the leadership potential within the youth, the program aimed to cultivate essential qualities required for effective leadership roles. The training sessions featured an array of interactive activities such as multimedia presentations, team-building exercises, and stimulating games, fostering an enriching learning experience for all participants.
