National Science Day was celebrated on February 28, 2024, with a focus on “Indigenous Technologies for Viksit Bharat.” The Co-curricular Committee, Amrita School of Pharmacy organized an engaging event featuring an invited talk by Mr. Aby Baby, CEO & Managing Director of Dolphin IBA Nutricosmetics & Cosmeceuticals Private Limited.

The program commenced with a welcome address by Ms. Srilakshmi, Ph.D. Scholar, Department of Pharmacy Practice. Mr. Aby Baby’s session began with a captivating video presentation, sharing his journey of recognizing the value of donkey milk from traditional knowledge and successfully transforming it into products of global demand.

During his talk, Mr. Aby Baby addressed the challenges faced in realizing his dream project, notably highlighting regulatory approval hurdles. His motivating address underscored the significance of passion in overcoming entrepreneurial obstacles. Drawing from his personal experiences, he imparted valuable insights to students, urging them to persist in their endeavours.

Following the talk, an interactive session with the entrepreneurship club members provided students with a direct platform to engage with entrepreneurial insights.
