The Sadhu Talks event, “Monk Maker Ramakrishna Paramahamsa,” held on 14thMar 2024, at Sandeepini Hall, Sadhana Club, Amrita Darshanam, aimed to shed light on lesser-known aspects of Monk Maker Ramakrishna Paramahamsa’s life and legacy.
The event, a follow up to our previous event “Sadhu Talks: Unsung Indian Hero Swami Vivekananda”, featuring Mr. Shankar Kumaran as the speaker, unfolded over the course of an engaging one-hour speech that delved into various life incidents of Shri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa.
Through his words, Mr. Shankar Kumaran enlightened and inspired the students to delve deeper into the profound wisdom of Shri Ramakrishna. He skillfully narrated the divine bond between Shri Ramakrishna and Maata Kaali, the power of brahmacharya and what a true bhakta meant through various life incidents of Shri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa. His life incidents not only enriched the listeners’ minds but also touched their hearts.

The Sadhana Club recently visited the Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore. It involved visits to Teerthakunds, Dhyanalinga, Adiyogi and it was an opportunity for members to engage in deep discussions about spirituality and self-discovery.
