Centralised Seat Allotment Process (CSAP) for AEEL 2024 Candidates

Candidates desirous of joining the programmes offered under AEEL2024 are required to register for the CSAP for AEEL2024 to participate in the seat allotment process. Admission will not be complete without satisfying the eligibility criteria as prescribed by the university for the programme allotted.

Registration process link can be seen in the AOAP dashboard, after logging in. Link will be published along with the publication of the ranks. 

Registration process includes

• Entering of the marks of subjects in plus two,
• Uploading the marksheet in the portal and
• Submitting the academic preferences. 

Academic Preference means the programmes you are interested to join, including the campus. For example, your academic preference means 

• First preference is B.Pharm at Kochi campus,
• Second preference is B.Sc. Agriculture is at Coimbatore campus
• Third preference is B.Sc. Cardiac Perfusion Technology at Faridabad 
• Fourth preference is B.Sc. Biotechnology at Amritapuri campus 

There is no registration fees to be paid to attend the CSAP 2024 for AEEL programmes. 

First Allotment 

 (i) Candidates allotted their first preference : Proceed to make payment of full fees and caution deposit within the specified date, failing which the allotment will get cancelled and will be out of the Counselling process. 

(ii) Candidates allotted at least one preference in the first allotment have two options: 

a. If satisfied with the allotment proceed to make payment of the full fees and caution deposit within the specified date, failing which the allotment will get cancelled and will be out of the Counselling process. For e.g. you are allotted your second or any lower academic preference, and you are satisfied with the allotted programme and campus and not willing to go for “UPGRADE” option. 

b. Pay the partial tuition fees of INR 50,000/- and submit the “UPGRADE” option to get a higher academic preference. Partial fees shall be paid on or before the date mentioned in the webpage. This fee is refundable if you are not interested to join the programme allotted. 

Note : Wait for the second round if you are not allotted any academic preference in the first round of allotment.

Second Allotment 

Candidates who paid the initial partial tuition fees in the first round of allotment and those who registered, but were not allotted in the first allotment are considered in the second round of allotment. 

You are required to complete the fee payment formalities if you are allotted at least one academic preference in the second allotment. Allotment will stand cancelled if you fail to pay the complete tuition fees by the last date of fees payment. Report at the following constituent schools within one week of the payment for the verification of eligibility. Allotment already made will stand cancelled if you fail to meet the eligibility criteria required for the programme allotted to you in the CSAP.
