Engenius – 2024 is a national-level annual project competition organized at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. Engenius provides a platform for talented engineering, MCA, and M.Sc. students to showcase their innovative technical projects. Participants can design and execute projects in engineering or related areas, focusing on finding solutions to real-life problems based on the branch they have studied.

ROUND 1 – ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
In this preliminary round, participants are required to submit their project abstract online. The initial evaluation of the projects will be based on the assessment of the abstract

ROUND 2 – PROJECT PRESENTATION
Engenius 2024 is a national-level annual project competition organized by the Directorate of Admissions & Academic Outreach at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. It provides a platform for engineering, MCA, and M.Sc. students to showcase their innovative technical projects.
Engenius is open to third and final-year engineering students, second and third-year MCA students, as well as M.Sc. students, and engineering graduates who graduated in 2023.
Participants can win cash prizes, attractive gizmos, and complimentary One-day workshop provided by Amrita.
The award categories include Best Innovation, Best Startup Project, Best Research Project, and Best Project in specific engineering branches, each with its respective cash prize.
To register, submit the project abstract in PDF format by the deadline of May 25th.
Teams must submit a concise abstract in PDF format, with a maximum word count of 600.
In this round, participants submit their project abstracts online. The initial evaluation is based on the assessment of the abstract and the project’s objectives.
2nd Round will be conducted online, where the evaluation is based on a presentation, discussion with industry and academia experts, and a Q & A session.
Pursuing students should have a minimum of 3 members and a maximum of 4 members in a team, while graduates can participate individually.
The final review will be conducted online, for selected teams, details & guidelines will be shared via email.
