Abstract : Online learning has become increasingly popular over the past few decades and is now utilized by organizations all over the world as a tool to supplement traditional face-to-face interactions in classrooms, which have been the traditional manner of providing educational content. However, since the COVID-19 epidemic broke out, there has been a fundamental change in how educational content is offered throughout institutions at all levels. Due to the containment measures necessary due to the pandemic, institutions must rely on online classes to guarantee that the curriculum is completed on time and students are kept up to date with their studies. The current article makes use of an online survey to determine how Indian higher education students perceive the efficiency of online learning across a number of defined characteristics. We made an effort to determine how students felt about the crucial success aspects and issues related to online classes, as well as the potential for further study in this area.
