Three Decades of diverse experience (HR & IR) in manufacturing, plantations, and pharmaceuticals, both in public and private sectors, played key roles in decision-making and policy formulation. As the Corporate Head of HR in leading companies Aditya Birla Group, Tata Group, and Torrent, I shaped strategic human capital management. and also served as Chief Quality Head, implementing the Tata Business Excellence Model aligned with Malcolm Baldrige standards. Commencing his career as a Management Trainee at Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL), Bangalore, he brings a rich foundation and a proven track record in driving organizational excellence and also Associated with Business Schools as visiting faculty for over two decades.
