Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri campus, conferred degrees upon a total of 1668 students during its 2023 convocation ceremony. This diverse pool of graduates represented various academic disciplines, with the B.Tech program dominating the list with 620 students, followed by Biotechnology (253), Arts & Humanities (202) and M. Tech (145). Significantly Ayurveda stream witnessed a total of 55 students including UG and PG students.
The event featured esteemed dignitaries, including Chief Guest Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, the Minister of Law and Justice of India, Guest of Honour Dr. Harrick Vin, Chief Services Innovation Officer at Tata Consultancy Services, and Dr. Rajesh Gupta, a Professor at the University of California San Diego.
During her virtual address Amma, Chancellor of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, shared valuable insights, emphasizing the importance of patience and discernment, and the value of combining experiential knowledge with theoretical understanding.

Impressively, approximately 96% of eligible students at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri, secured placements this year. The average annual salaries for the 2023 graduating batch are 8.50 LPA for BTech, 9.9 LPA for CSE & AIE, with the highest salary offered being 45 LPA.
Various faculty members, including Dr. Ajay Shah, Dr. Venkat Rangan, Swami Shankaramritanandapuri, Dr. Maneesha V. Ramesh, Dr. Balakrishnan Shankar, Dr. Bipin Nair, and S. N. Jyoti also addressed the ceremony.
