Early Detection of Crop Disease and Nutritional Stresses

The early detection of plant diseases using an automated system and its severity estimation with suggested intervention mechanisms could be advantageous for increasing production and productivity. This study aims to demonstrate and evaluate a high-throughput method for determining the severity of foliar (leaf and canopy level) diseases in plants at an early stage of pathogen development using imaging technology.
