Abstract : The OTT Platform is a rapidly growing and ever evolving part of entertainment industry, as a result the Government has been working hard to introduce a standardized regulation code and grievances mechanism to redress all issues related to OTT. This paper attempts to understand the public opinion about OTT services and the need for censorship. The project also focuses on the impact of censorship on artistic freedom and freedom of speech and expression.
