Amrita Centre for Nanosciences & Molecular Medicine, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, received the ‘Best Exhibitor Award’ in the Content and Information Category at the Bengaluru India Nano 2017 International Conference held at Lalit Ashok, Bengaluru, from 7th to 8th December 2017.
The award was presented by Bharat Ratna Professor C N R Rao, along with Mr. Gaurav Gupta, Principal Secretary IT, BT, Science and Technology Government of Karnataka; Professor Ajay K Sood, President INSA & Prof of Physics, IISc, Bangalore; and Mr. Malhotra of Malhotra, Weikfield Foundation. Dr. Deepthy Menon, Professor, Amrita Center for Nanosciences, Kochi, received the award on behalf of the Centre.
The conference was conducted by the Department of Information Technology, Biotechnology, and Science & Technology, Government of India. The Centre was bestowed with this award for its innovative research in Nanomedicine & Regenerative Engineering.
