Genetic Disease Prediction by DNA Assembly and Graph Analysis

DNA sequences have been proven to contain valuable information in controlling genetic traits. Deep analysis of DNA sequences clarifies the genetic disorder associated with a fetus within the womb of a mother. At the same time, tests like NIPT (Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing) can be conducted within the hospital lab premises, but still may be subjected to lower accuracy owing to laboratory dependencies. Therefore, it is not completely 100% accurate. A common pattern of DNA sequence from the affected genes can be found and compared to the fetal gene to predict the disease. So DNA Assembly can be applied effectively to understand genital disorders if any within the growing fetus.
