Abstract : The modern universe relies upon fuel much as the human body relies upon nourishment forever and strength. Fuel renders individuals the vast majority of their electric power and it facilitates current transportation conceivable. The lack of fuel would result in no industrialization and modernization as the mankind exists today. Fuel burglary can be characterized as the demonstration of illicitly draining fuel from the gas storage systems and tanks. A fuel level monitoring system is one such technology which can monitor the current level of the fuel on the go and give useful alerts as and when required. The system consists of a sensor system which includes an ultrasonic sensor for fuel level monitoring, a flow sensor for fuel leakage detection, a vibration sensor for fuel theft detection and a GPS module for continuous vehicle position tracking which are interfaced with the ESP32 WIFI module for continuous parameter sensing. The communication system which houses the API based messaging is used to send fuel theft alerts in need. An additional sound-based alert system is incorporated which notifies the fuel leakage occurring on the go. The user also obtains the recommendation of the nearest petrol station determined using the Haversine formula on the processing platform when the fuel level drops to the minimum value.
