Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham released the results for the PG Admissions 2017 – Amrita School of Biotechnology on June 12, 2017.

The evaluation and interview process for admission to the courses were conducted at Amritapuri Campus from June 6-8, 2017.

Important Dates and other guidelines are as follows:

Confirmed

• The confirmation of seat should be made on June 26, 27 or 28, 2017 by submitting the necessary documents as well as your Fees (See Step 2) failing of which will lead to allocation of that seat to a wait-list candidate

Wait- List

• If your name is in the wait-list, you will be intimated by an E-Mail/ SMS/ Phone Call on or after June 30
• Your name in the wait-list doesn’t guarantee you a seat unless anyone of the confirmed applicant cancels his/her seat
• If your name is not included either in the Short-list or Wait-list means your application has been rejected

STEP 2:

The following original documents have to be submitted if you confirm the seat during your Admission (26 to 28^th June, 2017), failing of which will lead to allocation of that seat to a wait-list candidate

1. 10^th and +2 Mark Statement/ Certificate
2. UG Certificates (1 – 6 Semester)
3. UG Degree Certificate/ Provisional Certificate
4. Transfer and Conduct Certificate
5. Migration Certificate
6. Medical Certificate (Download from Website)
7. Two recent colour passport size photographs
8. Two Demand Drafts for College Fee as follows
   • Rs. 1000
   • Rs. 69,650 (M.Sc. Biotechnology), Rs. 64,650 (M.Sc. Microbiology) and Rs. 44,650 (M.Sc. Bioinformatics)
9. If you are availing hostel facility, the hostel & mess annual fee has also to be remitted as a separate demand draft
   • Rs. 64,000
10. All the above three Demand Drafts should be drawn in favour of Amrita School of Biotechnology payable at Kollam from any Bank

Any inconvenience in appearing for the seat confirmation should be intimated to Admission Office. Candidates residing outside Kerala may send the copy of Application form along with the two Demand Drafts
