Prof. Gayathri Manikutty has been recognized by the Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog, for her exemplary contributions to fostering innovation and learning in students. She has received several certificates of recognition:
The Tinkerpreneur bootcamp commenced on May 31 and lasted till August 21, 2021. It aimed at enabling students to tinker from the comfort of their homes and become an entrepreneur. The success of Tinkerpreneur would not have been possible without the continued support and guidance of the mentors for the young entrepreneurs. Prof. Gayathri Manikutty from AMMACHI Labs mentored 18 children over a 4 week period. “In the first week, they picked up several digital skills like building a website, designing computer games, authoring AR/VR experiences etc. In the second and third week, they put together the digital skills they learnt and created their digital products. And in the fourth week, they created a business plan for their product. Kudos to Atal innovation Mission for a wonderful Tinkerpreneurship program,” says Prof. Manikutty.

She has been recognized as She has been named a “Top Mentors of Change” by Gems of Mentor India, an initiative of Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), NITI Aayog, India for her robotics mentorship at Amrita Vidyalayam Puthiyakavu, and Amrita Vidyalayam Thalassery.
In 2021, Prof. Manikutty was also awarded as Exemplary Top Mentor in October & December 2021.
