Dr. Yashoda Devi is an Assistant Professor in the Operations Management Department at the School of Business, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Bengaluru. She obtained her PhD in Operations Management & Decision Sciences from the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur (IIM Kashipur) in 2022. Her broad research direction focuses on Healthcare Supply Chain, Humanitarian Logistics, Remote/Rural Healthcare Supply Chain, Network Design Modelling, and Second-hand Market products Supply Chain.
Before joining the PhD program, she worked as Textile Graduate Trainee in the quality assurance and production planning department at ALPS Industries Ltd. after graduation. She has received her MTech. in Textile Engineering & Management from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Jalandhar.
She has published several research papers in reputed journals such as IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, International Journal of Logistics Management, Operations Management Research, Operations and Supply Chain Management: An International Journal, and Benchmarking: An International Journal. Also, She presented the research papers in national/international conferences.
