In the recently concluded Amrita Breast Cancer Comprehensive Teaching Program at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, on January 09, 2016, second-year MD Pathology student, Dr. Athulya Sadeesh, won the Best Poster Award for her poster titled “ORPHAN’ED IN THE BREAST – A case of Occult metastasis from Papillary thyroid Carcinoma“. This work was done under the guidance of Professors, Dr. Indu R. N. and Dr. Annie Jojo.
