Abstract : Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) has been widely studied small particles with 1 to 100 of its diameters and contain 20-15,000 silver atoms intermingled with the cellular components. AgNPs are known to have potential impact varies based on its size, dosage, exposure time and its state. In this review article, we attempt to find the toxic and bioaccumulation impact of AgNPs that have be studied. Based on the considering fact that the various green synthesized AgNPs have been extensively explored are known to potential anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, anti-fungal agents but a careful overview of these studies with various bioactive molecules have shown bioaccumulation in various biological systems have shown increased toxicity.
