Bio

Dr. Sita Devi Bharatula, is currently serving as an Assistant Professor (SG) in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Amrita School of Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Chennai, India. She has 2 years of industry, and 15 years of academic experience. She completed her PhD from Anna University, Chennai, India, in Wireless Networks (Cognitive Radio) and Master’s degree in Applied Electronics from the same University. She received her B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Vellore Engineering College (VIT), Vellore. She has published 16 papers in Scopus indexed journals and conferences. She has strong industry connections. With her effort, she is able to bring CDAC, Chennai to the campus for their recruitment which will help few students to get placed in the premier R&D labs of Govt.of India. She helped 14 students of 2024 ECE batch to do 6-month internship (which includes 2 AICTE’s Work-Based Learning(WBL)paid internships) at CDAC, Chennai as part of their final-year project. She helped scores of students in gaining Summer internships at CDAC, Chennai, CDAC, Pune, IIT Madras 5G Testbed Lab, SETS, Chennai and Nokia, Chennai. She has attended 2-day High end Q-Karyashala Quantum Workshop at IISc, Bangalore.
