About

The ancient Indian literary tradition was primarily oral through singing or recitation. The earliest Indian literature took the form of the Veda which was written in Sanskrit. Indian literature was then expanded in a variety of languages, in different styles from sacred and philosophical writings, to lyrics, poetry, plays, narrative folk tales, novels and short stories.

We have conducted a number of competitions in elocution, debate, quiz and creative writing such as poetry and essay to unleash student potential in this field. For Malayalam literary lovers, we also have Malayalam Sarga Vedhi.
