For M. Tech. in Nanomedical Sciences: M. Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Zoology or B. Tech. in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Electronics, Biomedical, Biotechnology etc or MBBS or BDS or B. Pharm. with minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent)
For M. Tech. in Nanotechnology & Renewable Energy : M. Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science or B. Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Materials Science with minimum of 60% (or equivalent).
For M. Tech. in Molecular Medicine: M. Sc. in any discipline of the Life Sciences or B. Tech. in Biotechnology or MBBS or BDS or B. Pharm. with minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent)

Applicable to those who have studied in any foreign university
Candidates who have obtained degree from any foreign university should get an Equivalence Certificate for pursuing education in India. This certificate is issued by The Association of Indian Universities, AIU House, 16. Comd. Indrajit Gupta Marg (Kotla Marg), New Delhi, India. Visit www.aiu.ac.in
