Student Request Form – Migration Certificate: Amrita School of Biotechnology

Please download & fill up the application for Migration Certificate. Incomplete application will not be processed.

The complete application form requires following documents which needs to be sent only as speed post to:

1. Duly filled migration application form with your complete communication address (with pincode, phone number, email-id etc)
2. Demand Draft of Rs. 200/- (drawn in favour of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham Payable at Coimbatore)
3. Copy of Transfer Certificate

Please do not forget to send only the scanned pdf copy of filled-up migration application to asbt-exams@am.amrita.edu so as to give confirmation to Registrar office.
